Before you complete your registration, please familiarize yourself with UpCity Consulting, LLC's Refund Policy with regard to transferring or canceling your registration.

Your registration applies to the specific workshop, dates, and location you have chosen. Please note that all payments for workshops (including webinars and other training opportunities offered by UpCity Consulting, LLC) are non-refundable.

Transferring your registration

​

Transfers are available only when workshop fees are paid in full and there are specific circumstances that prevent you from attending. You may apply your payment to the same workshop offered on another date (if available) or any other workshop offered by UpCity Consulting, LLC.  All transfers will be granted subject to availability.

 

If transferring to another individual, your request must be made at least 72 hours prior to the workshop start time. The new registrant must meet all workshop requirements.

 

If transferring to a new workshop, your request must be received at least 14 days prior to the original workshop's start time, and the new workshop must occur within one year of the original workshop for which you registered. You are responsible for any registration fees that exceed your original investment. Any overage paid is not eligible for refund.

If rare and unexpected circumstance arise (e.g., sudden illness affecting you or a person in your care), UpCity Consulting, LLC may be willing to transfer your registration to a new workshop with less than 14 days notice, although we cannot guarantee this option will be available for every workshop. Under no circumstances will a request for transferring to a new workshop be accepted after the date of the original workshop has passed.

Canceling your registration

• Because the expenses associated with producing each workshop are closely tied to the number of registered guests, all payments are non-refundable. We apologize for an inconvenience this may cause you.

Changes to this refund policy

 

This refund policy may be amended from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on this page. We will also notify you of any significant changes by placing a prominent notice on our site or sending a notice to the email address specified in your account.
